Ten days have passed since the disappearance of Mobina Mohammad-Alipour Sani, a 19-year-old resident of Nasimshahr, Tehran. The young woman left home at noon on June 13 to head to work, and no trace of her has been found since. Despite continuous follow-ups by her family and police action, the fate of this young woman remains unknown.

According to information obtained by IranWire, Mobina, originally from Quchan, had moved to her mother’s house in Nasimshahr, Tehran, about a year ago. Around 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, wearing a white shawl, a green manteau, and black trousers and shoes, she left their home in the Javaherzadeh Street area of Nasimshahr to go to work, but she never reached her destination.

Mobina worked at a women’s beauty salon in Nasimshahr. According to informed sources, she routinely walked the route from her home to her workplace, which took about 15 minutes.

An informed source, who requested anonymity due to security concerns, told IranWire: “Mobina was a very quiet and simply dressed girl who did not even wear makeup. On the day of the incident, when she was late for work, her colleagues contacted her family to check on her status, and the search began right from that moment.”
