Madlanga Commission to hear from the CEO of Medicare24, Mike van Wyk.
Medicare24 CEO Michael van Wyk is expected to testify at the Madlanga Commission on Monday over a cancelled R360-million SAPS tender and allegations involving influential figures in Ekurhuleni.
The commission confirmed that Van Wyk is scheduled to testify, with Chief Evidence Leader Adv. Matthew Chaskalson SC is leading the evidence.
“The witness scheduled for today is Mr Michael van Wyk, Chief Executive Officer of Medicare24,” commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels said.
However, Van Wyk's appearance remains uncertain.
