The General Sindile Christopher “Pitso” Mfazi Foundation for Justice and Accountability has challenged former Crime Intelligence head Mulangi Mphego (middle) to forward information regarding the missing Phala Phala documents to the law enforcement agencies.
The family of the late Lieutenant-General Sindile Mfazi has called the former head of Crime Intelligence Division Mulangi Mphego to hand over all information he has about the missing Phala Phala documents.
The General Sindile Christopher “Pitso” Mfazi Foundation for Justice and Accountability said Mphego, and anyone with relevant information, should step forward and disclose what they know directly to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
This comes after Mphego last week denied his involvement in the disappearance of the Phala Phala documents from Mfazi’s home in Pretoria following his death in 2021.
A statement released by Mphego last week pointed investigators toward Mfazi’s immediate family, alleging that his wife instructed three people to pack up his house in Pretoria and transport everything to her in East London.
