“Study the aggressor's technologies for the sake of global security,” Mikhailo Fedorov said

Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov on Friday unveiled a new programme to share the components and technology of Russian weapons captured on the frontline.

“Every missile, drone, and vehicle seized on the battlefield is now a source of knowledge for the free world,” the minister said on social media.

Through the programme – dubbed TrophyLab – weapons manufacturers inside and outside of Ukraine can request access to data and even samples of Russian equipment captured on the frontline.

The aim is to allow arms makers to learn from Russian equipment to improve their own models.
