A Toronto judge is set to deliver her long‑awaited decision Friday in the high‑profile sexual‑assault case against Canadian billionaire Frank Stronach.

When the trial opened in mid‑February, seven women were accusing Stronach of sexual assault dating back to the 1970s. He faced 12 charges, several of them laid under the old Criminal Code provisions that existed before 1983, when offences such as rape and indecent assault were replaced by the broader category of sexual assault.
