PSG came knocking for Eduardo Camavinga. He didn’t answer the door.
The Parisian club made an informal approach for Real Madrid’s French midfielder, but Camavinga rejected the move and wants to stay at the Bernabéu.
What we know about PSG’s approach
The approach was first reported by José Félix Díaz of AS around June 18. Sources close to Camavinga’s camp have since confirmed the contact took place, but stressed that the player has zero interest in leaving the Spanish capital.
Earlier reports throughout 2026 painted a confusing picture. Some outlets suggested PSG was actively monitoring the situation. Others floated the possibility of an €80 million bid. French media, meanwhile, claimed as recently as April 2026 that there had been “zero contact” between the club and the player.
