Energy

Newmont (No. 200) appointed Brian Tabolt CFO, Mark Rodgers COO, and David Thornton CTO, effective July 1. Tabolt currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Group Head, Finance at the company; Rodgers currently serves as Managing Director, Africa and Asia Pacific; and Thornton currently serves as Managing Director, Americas. Tabolt previously held executive roles at Molson Coors Beverage (No. 390). Tabolt will take over from Chief Legal Officer Peter Wexler, who has been interim CFO since Karyn Ovelmen resigned in July 2025. Rodgers will succeed Natascha Viljoen, who became CEO in January. Thornton will succeed Aaron Puna.
