Europe is set to get its first Jet A tanker from the US next week — almost two months after aviation authorities loosened the region's jet fuel specifications in an attempt to avoid airline shortages this summer. The shipment was arranged well before a long-awaited US-Iran peace deal that could reopen the Strait of Hormuz was agreed in principle late on Jun. 14.
