LYON is the 2026 LCS Spring Split champion. The North American League of Legends franchise closed out the finals with a 3-1 series win on June 14, claiming back-to-back titles.

Bot laner Kim “Berserker” Min-cheol was the standout performer in the deciding match. His play throughout the series wasn’t just good. It was the difference.

How LYON locked it down

LYON had already claimed the 2026 LCS Lock-In tournament earlier in the season. The Spring Split championship adds a second consecutive title, making LYON only the sixth franchise in LCS history to win back-to-back titles.

Berserker’s KDA numbers throughout the split were exceptional, and his bot lane synergy with support player Saint created a two-person wrecking crew that opposing duos couldn’t contain. The roster blended Korean and European talent, pairing Berserker’s mechanical play with jungler Inspired’s pathing and macro decision-making. Multiple members of the squad received Season MVP consideration.
