The farmer, 27, was on camera alongside Jeremy Clarkson when he learned that his co-star had been diagnosed with prostate cancer.Kaleb, who has become a star since he signed up to appear as Jeremy's right-hand man on the hit Amazon series, confirmed that he had seen the former Top Gear host recently and is due to see him at Cereals, the UK's flagship arable event all hosted at the Diddly Squat farm.He said: "I see him today, and I'll see him at Cereals, and his spirits are high, which is good. I mean, that's obviously an emotional episode for people to watch. Yeah, I mean, it's only just come out, so yeah. " Kaleb then insisted that the most important thing to him was being "supportive" to Jeremy when he needed it."I think anything like that's emotional is just how you take it, you know? You sit there and you be supportive, or do you go out there and I would say mope about it, or you know, lock yourself away, and at that time you got to be supportive. And I was there for the whole journey, and I'm still here now, so that's the main thing."Jeremy discussed the harvest with farm manager Charlie Ireland and farm hand Kaleb when he suddenly revealed his health update. He told the pair: "I've got cancer. I've known since May."I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it's aggressive, but it's really early so the treatment will be, you know."Speaking from a hospital bed at the end of the season finale, Clarkson revealed he had experienced complications during treatment. “We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed,” he said.Article continues below“What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t,” he said. "Take care, everyone," he said as he signed off..Join The Mirror’s WhatsApp Community or follow us on Google News, Flipboard, Apple News, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Threads - or visit The Mirror homepage. You can sign up for Twitter/X alerts for breaking news here and follow us @MirrorCeleb for all the latest updates.
