VALORANT’s competitive circuit in China is planting its flag in Changsha this summer. The VCT CN Stage 2 group stage will run from July 9 to July 26 at Helong Gymnasium, marking the fourth stop of the 2026 season and putting $250,000 on the line.

The tournament is co-organized by TJ Sports, Hero Esports, and Riot Games.

Format, teams, and what to expect

The Changsha leg will host the group stage portion of Stage 2, splitting roughly 12 to 14 teams into two divisions: Alpha and Omega. The format follows a progression through group stages, seeding deciders, and play-ins before culminating in a playoff bracket.

The playoffs are scheduled for Chengdu in September 2026, meaning teams will have a buffer period between surviving groups and competing for the title.
