Northern Greece-based defence company EODH S.A. has entered into a new strategic partnership with KNDS, marking its entry into the Franco-German group’s land platform manufacturing ecosystem.The agreement was signed during the EUROSATORY 2026 defence exhibition, taking place in Paris from June 15 to June 19, where EODH is showcasing for the first time integrated upgrade solutions for land combat platforms. The company is also presenting the 4×4 ASV350 MRAV multi-role armoured vehicle in cooperation with Belgian-Spanish company DUMA, equipped with a mock-up of its advanced ASPIS (Light) protection system.The initial phase of the agreement focuses on the production of the successful BOXER 8×8 family of armoured vehicles. The deal builds on 25 years of cooperation between the two companies and marks the beginning of a new 10-year partnership valued at around 200 million euros.EODH specializes in protection systems, advanced materials and armoured vehicle upgrade solutions. In 2022, it was recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. It was also named among the “Diamonds of the Greek Economy” by Naftemporiki for three consecutive years (2023, 2024 and 2025). In 2026, the company received the EcoVadis Gold rating, placing it among the top 5% of European companies in industrial growth and sustainability performance.New Production FacilityEODH is also constructing a new production facility for its subsidiary, EODH Dynamics, adjacent to its existing plant in Lakkoma, with operations expected to begin in 2027.The new industrial complex will initially cover 10,000 square metres, with expansion potential to 20,000 square metres. Equipped with state-of-the-art production systems and specialized machinery, the facility will support the manufacture, assembly, modernization and lifecycle support of land combat platforms.The project is expected to create at least 200 skilled jobs and significantly enhance EODH’s industrial capabilities in Greece, Cyprus and international markets.
