Data center company NFD Korea is looking to build a 300MW, 43,188 sqm (464,871 sq ft) campus in Dangjin, a city south of Seoul, South Korea.

The campus will consist of six data center buildings, each offering 50MW of capacity each.

NFD has already secured construction permits and a power agreement with Korea Electric Power Corporation for the campus, according to a sponsored article on Asian real estate publication Mingtiandi. NFD Korea has said on its website that groundbreaking will take place sometime in the third quarter of this year, with completion by the fourth quarter of 2028.

The company’s website also says that the IT load of the facility will be 140MW.
