MANILA, Philippines – Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) said it had restored access to its mobile banking app after a fresh service disruption on Tuesday afternoon caused by network connectivity issues.

In an advisory issued as of 3 p.m., BPI said the outage affected its mobile and online banking channels, although branch services, automated teller machines (ATMs), and in-store card transactions remained fully operational.
