Heidi Montag finally has something to say about Spencer Pratt’s unsuccessful bid to become mayor of Los Angeles. In a series of tweets on Sunday night, The Hills star shared her support for her husband, who came in third in the city’s mayoral primary earlier this month and therefore will not advance to the runoff in November.
