The police solved a theft case within 24 hours in Kanalapalle village, arrested five suspects, recovered the stolen gold chain weighing 20.700 grams, and seized an auto-rickshaw and a bike used in the crime.On the night of Sunday (June 14, 2026), a woman identified as Miduthuri Lakshmi Devi from Kanalapalle village was asleep in her locked house when unidentified individuals broke the locks and entered. The miscreants stole a gold chain that was kept in a box inside the house.Based on the victim’s complaint, a case was registered at the Gospadu Police Station, Sub-Inspector P. Sudhakar Reddy said. On Monday, police detained and questioned five individuals who were moving suspiciously near Kashireddy Nayana Ashram at Sambavaram Metta. During interrogation, the accused confessed to committing the theft.The accused were identified as Eturi Netaji, Dharmateja, E. Maddigalla Kiran, N.
