Toronto’s downtown FIFA Fan Festival at Fort York and the Bentway is now open, after a several-hour delay on Sunday.
Organizers said the start time had been pushed to 3 p.m. “due to severe weather” and out of an abundance of caution. The festival had been scheduled to open at 1:30 p.m.
