MANILA, Philippines — The lawyer of the so-called “18 bodyguards” who claimed to have delivered kickbacks worth P805 billion said his clients have evidence against “200 lawmakers.”
Levito Baligod, counsel of these persons who introduced themselves as alleged former bagmen of ex-Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co, made this known on Thursday as he went to the Office of the Ombudsman.
The counsel arrived with one of the “18 bodyguards” who was tapped by the anti-graft body for its fact finding process.
