MANILA, Philippines — Fire broke out at the Valenzuela Gateway Complex (VGC) on Thursday morning, reaching up to the third alarm, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection National Capital Region (BFP NCR).

The blaze involved a commercial area at the transit hub in Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City, the BFP NCR said in its initial incident report.
