The Global Telecom AIoT Summit 2026, held at The Ritz-Carlton in Bangkok, brought together government leaders, regulators, telecom operators, global technology companies, academic experts, and AIoT ecosystem partners to explore how artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are reshaping the future of telecoms, smart living, and digital services.Under the theme “AI for All”, the summit was jointly hosted by the Telecommunications Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage (TCT), T3 Technology, and Tuya Smart. The event highlighted Thailand’s growing role as a regional hub for AI-powered living, with a strong focus on practical AIoT deployment across homes, enterprises, buildings, and smart city environments.

The summit opened with welcome remarks from Mr. Chakkrit Urairat, President of TCT, who emphasised that the telecom industry is entering a new phase beyond connectivity. As AI and IoT become core infrastructure for the digital economy, he noted that the industry must work together to ensure these technologies are accessible, inclusive, and beneficial to society.
