Residents of a community located near the Precious Seed area of Lagos State have accused a group of youths from Oworonshoki of carrying out attacks and setting homes ablaze, sparking fear and panic among inhabitants.

In an audio message circulating among residents and obtained by SaharaReporters, a community source alleged that some inhabitants had been given a 48-hour ultimatum and accused individuals led by a man identified simply as Nuru of participating in the destruction of shelters within the community.
“Good morning, everybody. Today is 8th June, 2026. Right now, the community beside Precious Seed is being given 48 hours,” the source said.
