MANILA, Philippines— The Senate blue ribbon committee led by Sen. Erwin Tulfo has resumed Monday its investigation into the flood control mess.
Several lawmakers, including former Speaker Martin Romualdez, were invited to the hearing as resource persons.

Also invited are National Bureau of Investigation Director Melvin Matibag, some Cabinet members or representatives, and the 18 individuals, who claimed to be bagmen of former congressman Zaldo Co.
