Toss well to coat them.Article continues belowAdd the onion, garlic, bacon and chicken before tossing again.Add the lemons to the roasting tin before seasoning well with paprika, salt and pepper. Be sure not to overcrowd the tray and use two separate ones if needed. Roast in the oven for 40 minutes.In a bowl, toss the courgettes in the remaining tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper. Add them into the tray and scatter olives on top.
