Next Wednesday, the largest hotel on the Baltic Sea, in the Polish resort of Pobierowo, will open its doors to guests, according to BILD. The hotel covers 180,000 square metres, has 1,240 rooms and 13 floors.
As for its location: Pobierowo has around 1,000 inhabitants and lies just half an hour from the holiday island of Usedom.
The five-star hotel belongs to the Gołębiewski hotel chain. Rooms can already be booked, starting at 350 euros per night. A suite costs up to 900 euros per night.
There is, however, a catch: of the 1,240 rooms, only 500 have been completed. The rooms measure 50 square metres; many have a balcony, although not all offer sea views.
