This concentration of global employers creates a robust ecosystem for graduates seeking high-skilled roles.Strong graduate outcomes and retention ratesIreland’s post-study landscape is characterised by strong employment outcomes and high graduate retention.According to the Graduate Outcomes Survey 2025, 80.2% of graduates in Ireland secure employment within nine months of completing their studies.Some Irish universities report even higher rates of graduates progressing into employment or further education within nine months of graduation. Among international graduates who find work in Ireland, 66% choose to remain, particularly in high-demand sectors such as technology, business services, and scientific industries.Strong industry partnerships, modern campuses, and multicultural student communities continue to contribute positively to graduate employability across Irish institutions. The multicultural environment plays a key role in helping students build global networks and pursue unique career pathways.Experiential learning as a competitive advantageIreland’s commitment to experiential learning extends beyond work placements.
