Five Lithuanian restaurants have been awarded one Michelin star each in the guide's updated list, with a further 31 establishments recommended by Michelin inspectors.

Two restaurants are new additions to the starred list: Red Brick and Deep Roots.

Deep Roots, in Vilnius, only opened on April 1 this year and is led by head chef Andrius Kubilius, who previously worked at Nineteen18.

Red Brick is located in the Ukmergė district and has previously received a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability and ecology.

Three restaurants – Nineteen18, Džiaugsmas, and Demo – have retained the stars they were awarded last year.
