Special restrictive procedures and measures will be applied to Russian citizens who seek to visit Ukraine after the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made the statement during a press conference in Vinnytsia, Ukrinform reports.
“For us, Russia is a hostile country, an aggressor state. It is currently impossible for a Russian citizen to enter Ukraine without special authorization, a visa, and verification or screening by all relevant Ukrainian services. Special restrictive procedures and measures regarding visits to Ukraine will continue to apply to citizens of that state [after the war],” Sybiha said.
He added that he does not see a threat of a mass influx of migrants from Russia once the war is over.
