Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha on Saturday reacted to the Russian attack on Odesa and the Odesa region, calling on partners to impose tough sanctions on Russia's military-industrial complex.

He wrote this on social media platform X, according to Ukrinform.

"Russia continues its terror against civilians. Overnight, a massive attack using ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as combat drones, struck Odesa and the surrounding region," Sybiha said.

The minister noted that a residential building was severely damaged, leaving civilian people injured.
