Central Pattana Plc (CPN) plans to open Central Northville in Nonthaburi province on July 3, touting an investment budget of 4.5 billion baht.The company began demolishing Central Rattanathibet in May 2024 and has transformed the site into the new mall.

CPN is positioning the project as "The New District of North Bangkok", covering more than 59 rai with a total gross building area of 210,000 square metres.

The project includes plans for a residential condo development in 2027, which is not included in the 4.5-billion-baht investment budget.

Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, chief marketing officer for CPN, said Nonthaburi has the second-highest population density for a province after Bangkok.
