MANILA, Philippines — After three days of absence, Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano and his allies arrived at the Senate on Thursday.
He was joined by Sen. Robin Padilla and Sen. Pia Cayetano. Other members of the bloc are also anticipated to arrive.
Prior to the Senate reorganization on Wednesday, Pia Cayetano set a blue ribbon committee for a probe into the flood control anomalies. /gsg
