MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has raided an illegal online collection agency in Quezon City allegedly operating for 20 years, leading to the arrest of 26 individuals.
In a press conference on Thursday, NBI Director Matibag said the bureau’s Special Action Unit conducted the operation against the agency—which supposedly has around 300 employees—located in the Z Executive Building and CWI Corporate Center along Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

The operation was undertaken on June 1 pursuant to cyber warrants issued by the Regional Trial Court.
