MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday released the mugshots of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, former Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan, and their three co-accused in the plunder and graft cases stemming from the flood control corruption scandal.
The PNP has blurred their faces.
