MANILA, Philippines — MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) chief Manuel Bonoan posted a P90,000 bail each for their graft case in the Sandiganbayan Second Division.
These moves came after the anti-graft court’s Second Division issued an arrest warrant against the two of them over the graft case stemming from the alleged anomalies in DPWH projects.
