MANILA, Philippines — House of Representatives leaders on Wednesday night adopted a resolution commending Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III for providing what they described as stable, collaborative, and purposeful leadership.
His stewardship, according to the resolution, enabled the House of Representatives to sustain its legislative momentum and public trust during the First Regular Session of the 20th Congress.
In House Resolution (HR) No. 1093, House Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” A. Marcos of Ilocos Norte and House Minority Leader Marcelino C. Libanan of 4PS Party-list cited Dy’s stewardship of the chamber following his assumption of the Speakership at what they described as a critical juncture for the institution.
