Home Instead San Antonio Expands In-Home Care Services with Launch of Nurse-Directed Care
Expanded offering combines guidance from a registered nurse with specially trained Care Pros to support older adults aging at home
Home Instead San Antonio, a leading provider of in-home care for older adults, today announced the expansion of its core service offering with the introduction of nurse-directed care, providing a deeper level of support for older adults with evolving care needs at home.
Designed for older adults recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or navigating more involved daily care routines, nurse-directed care combines guidance from a registered nurse with hands-on help from specially trained Home Instead Care Pros. Enhanced services may include medication management, oxygen therapy, diabetes support, mobility assistance, catheter and incontinence care, vital sign monitoring, ostomy care, wound care, and other advanced care routines at home.*
“Families want solutions that help their loved ones stay at home safely, even as care needs become more complex,” said Matt Moore, Territory Manager for Home Instead San Antonio. “Expanding into nurse-directed care allows us to provide an added layer of support while continuing to deliver the compassionate, high quality care families know and trust from Home Instead.”
