Cheshire Police said officers are currently conducting a number of enquiries in a bid to locate the 37-year-old, and are appealing for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.‌He is described as 5' 10" tall, of a medium build, with dark hair and was wearing a grey t-shirt, grey jacket, black joggers, grey Nike trainers and was carrying a white shopping bag.‌Buckley is known to have connections to the Manchester area, particularly Failsworth and Openshaw.
