BUSAN, CHANGWON — Confusion and disruptions were reported at polling stations in Busan and South Gyeongsang on Election Day on Wednesday.
"I didn't vote, but someone had already signed the voter registry under my name," a man told police at a polling station in Eomgung-dong, Sasang District, Busan, according to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency.
