Four men were shot dead and two others were critically injured in a suspected taxi-related shooting at the corner of Moonwood Drive and Sheffield Road in Nyanga on Tuesday morning. Police said suspects opened fire on a group of people before fleeing the scene.
Four men were shot dead and two others were left fighting for their lives in hospital after a suspected taxi-related shooting in Nyanga on Tuesday morning.
Police said the attack happened at about 8.30am on June 2, 2026, at the corner of Moonwood Drive and Sheffield Road, where gunmen opened fire on a group of people.
Four adult men, whose ages have not yet been confirmed, sustained fatal gunshot wounds and were declared dead at the scene. Two other men were injured and rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
The suspects fled the scene and had not yet been identified.
