Read more: My top Amazon Prime Day tips for shopping the saleAmazon has confirmed that Prime Day 2026 will take place from 23 to 26 June, beginning at 12:01 am on Tuesday, 23rd. That makes this year's event one of the earliest Prime Day sales I've seen. While Amazon is yet to reveal the full line-up of offers, it has teased deals on "top brands, trending products, and items exclusive to Amazon". Based on previous years, I’m expecting strong savings on everything from Ghd straighteners and Apple headphones to Oura rings and robot vacuums. What is Amazon Prime Day?Amazon Prime Day is a sale event for Prime members. It’s usually held twice a year: once in the summer and again in October in the form of the Prime Big Deal Days sale, which kick-starts Christmas shopping. The event features deals across top brands, from Apple to Dyson and many more, as well as offers on Amazon’s own bestselling tech, including Kindle ereaders and Echo dot smart speakers. The best deals to expect in the Amazon Prime Day sale 2026Although Amazon hasn’t confirmed which products will be on offer in this year’s Amazon Prime Day sale, the discounts are set to drop across everything from tech and home appliances to coveted beauty formulas. So, you’re bound to be able to bag bargains on plenty of popular products. In previous Amazon sales, I’ve seen discounts on high-end skincare, such as Elizabeth Arden’s retinol (was £77, now £41.37, Amazon.co.uk), which was reduced to about £40 in Amazon’s sale last year. I’ve also seen huge savings on a range of Amazon’s own tech, such as the Fire HD 8 kids’ tablet, which dropped in price to just £70 during Amazon’s big sales bonanza last year. Plus, everything from Shark vacuums to Sony headphones and Lego sets are regularly on offer during Amazon sale events, so we’re expecting to see more of the same this year.
