Amazon Prime Day will be back in a matter of weeks, with the retail giant officially confirming that the sales event will be taking place this June. Though exact dates are still under wraps for now, I’ll be expecting big discounts – if previous years are anything to go by – across air fryers, coffee machines, beauty tech, headphones, fitness trackers and more. And of course, I’ve high hopes of seeing the likes of Dyson, Shark and Garmin featuring heavily in the deals line-up.As is tradition, the Amazon Prime Day sale is exclusive to Prime members, so if you’re hoping to shop the discounts, it’s worth signing up, or considering a 30-day free trial ahead of the event. Timing is key, though, so you may want to hold off activating it until the official sale dates are announced, in case we’re sprung with an end of month event. Watch this space, as I’ll be updating this guide as soon as Amazon confirms exactly when Prime Day 2026 is set to begin. To sign up on a more long-term basis, simply head to Amazon and follow the instructions to create your account. Once the free trial ends, membership renews at £8.99 per month and includes free next day delivery, unlimited streaming on Prime Video and, more recently, ad-free access to Amazon Music. In the meantime, I’ve rounded up everything you need to know about the upcoming sale, alongside the best discounts currently available on IndyBest-approved products.Read more: My top Amazon Prime Day tips for shopping the saleAmazon Prime Day is a sale event for Prime members. It’s usually held twice a year: once in the summer and again in October in the form of the Prime Big Deal Days sale, which kick-starts Christmas shopping. The event features deals across top brands, from Apple to Dyson and many more, as well as offers on Amazon’s own bestselling tech, including Kindle ereaders and Echo dot smart speakers. When is the next Amazon Prime Day sale?Although the exact dates for 2026 haven’t been announced just yet, it has been confirmed that Amazon Prime Day will land in June this year, which is a little earlier than usual. The online giant is promising discounts on “the hottest brands, socially trending items and creator favourites”.In previous years, the sale was held in July, so it’s tricky for us to predict the exact dates this year. We’ll update this story when we have more information. In the meantime, keep scrolling for the offers we’re hoping to see and the deals that are available to shop right now. The best deals to expect in the Amazon Prime Day sale 2026Although Amazon hasn’t confirmed which products will be on offer in this year’s Amazon Prime Day sale, the discounts are set to drop across everything from tech and home appliances to coveted beauty formulas. So, you’re bound to be able to bag bargains on plenty of popular products. In previous Amazon sales, we’ve seen discounts on high-end skincare, such as Elizabeth Arden’s retinol (was £77, now £49.24, Amazon.co.uk), which was reduced to about £40 in Amazon’s sale last year. We’ve also seen huge savings on a range of Amazon’s own tech, such as the Fire HD 8 kids’ tablet, which dropped in price to just £70 during Amazon’s big sales bonanza last year. Plus, everything from Shark vacuums to Sony headphones and Lego sets are regularly on offer during Amazon sale events, so we’re expecting to see more of the same this year.
