Jaipur: Rainfall and thunderstorms are likely to continue across Rajasthan this week under the influence of western disturbances, keeping maximum temperatures below 45 degrees Celsius and providing relief from heatwave conditions, the Meteorological Centre here said on Tuesday.According to a spokesperson of the Jaipur Meteorological Centre, thunderstorms accompanied by rain are very likely to persist in parts of the state over the next week. Malpura in Tonk district received the highest rainfall at 72 mm, while Phalodi recorded the highest maximum temperature at 43.8 degrees Celsius, the official added.
