Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) on Monday appointed Pattathil Sujith as its Executive Director (Projects).Prior to his elevation, Mr. Sujith was serving as Group General Manager – Corporate Strategy, where he played a key role in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and long-term growth strategies of the company, said a release.A native of Palakkad, Kerala, he is a mechanical engineer with over three decades of industry experience. Since joining MRPL in 1993, he has gained extensive experience across various functions, including Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering & Inspection, Projects, and Corporate Strategy.Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the commissioning of the refinery’s Phase I, II, and III units, establishment of the Asset Integrity Management System for the Phase III complex, and execution of MRPL’s BS-VI project.
