The application was filed late last month. The 22-hectare site is currently home to the Brooklyn Distribution Centre, a warehouse development currently hosting 10 warehouses and office space, totaling 130,160 sqm (1,401,000 sq ft) of lettable space.
The data center will reportedly take up around half the existing site, replacing three large buildings. Timelines for development haven’t been shared.
