Persistent Systems has signed an agreement to expand its Eastern European presence through the integration of a specialized team of more than 90 professionals from Concise, a Tallinn-headquartered software engineering and IT consulting company.Subject to closing conditions, the transaction will strengthen Persistent’s European nearshore delivery network and enhance its ability to help enterprises evolve large-scale digital infrastructure and globally integrated operations. Upon completion, the transaction will expand Persistent’s Eastern European footprint, establish strategic delivery centres in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia.
