ANGELES CITY — Search, rescue, retrieval and clearing operations continued Saturday (May 30) at the site of the collapsed nine-story building in Barangay Balibago despite intermittent rains affecting the area.
The Unified Command Management Option said responders remained on the ground carrying out operations as efforts continued to locate possible victims beneath the rubble and clear debris from the collapse site.
The continuing rainfall has added another challenge to the operations, with personnel working amid wet and unstable conditions.
