ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA, Philippines — Responders at the collapsed nine-story building in Barangay Balibago here confirmed sighting of another body at around 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, as retrieval efforts continued inside the unstable disaster site.

Authorities said rescue and retrieval teams are currently working to carefully access and retrieve the body from beneath the rubble.

Once recovered and officially identified, the latest fatality would raise the death toll from the collapse to six.
