The Tiruchi chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) formally installed its office-bearers for 2026-2028 tenure at an investiture ceremony in the city on Saturday.R. Manoharan was inducted as chairman, A. Nazrudeen as president, M. Ilamurugan as vice-president, N. Mohamed Ibrahim as secretary, B. Muruganantham as joint secretary, and K. Karthick as treasurer.Mr. Nazrudeen said that members of CREDAI Tiruchi had ongoing projects worth approximately ₹600 crore in and around the city.He said the group’s annual ‘Fairpro’ expo had created greater awareness among the public about the trustworthy real estate developments in the city.W.S. Habib, state president, CREDAI Tamil Nadu, congratulated the new office-bearers, and said that the new State government’s emphasis on greater transparency in the real estate sector would boost buyer sentiment.
