The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Credai) Chennai has announced its new leadership for the 2026–2028 term, with Mehul H Doshi assuming office as the 10th President, along with the newly elected office bearers and executive committee members.
Suman Voora, Managing Director of Voora Property Developers has taken charge as secretary, Credai Chennai and S.S. Prasad Babu, Director of Harmony Residences Pvt Ltd will be the treasurer.
T.S.S. Krishnan, CEO of Sreshta Premium Developers and Viswajith Kumar, Managing Director of Navin Housing and Properties Pvt Ltd have taken charge as Vice-President.
Mehul H Doshi, president, CREDAI Chennai said that the roadmap for 2026–2028 will be guided by the theme, ‘Let’s Build a Better Chennai’, with focus on the four pillars - government, developers, society, and customers. He added that every initiative will be driven by a shared commitment to build a better Chennai that is progressive, inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready.
S. Krishnan, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India said that Chennai stands at a pivotal moment where real estate can power the next phase of growth. Mr. Krishnan further said: “From enabling the rapid expansion of Global Capability Centres to creating high-quality, environmentally-compliant office spaces, developers have a crucial role to play in shaping a future-ready city.”
