The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) will organise its annual three-day property fair in Tiruchi from August 22 to 24.

CREDAI Tiruchi chairman R.S. Ravi, president R. Manoharan, and exhibition chairman A. Nazurudeen said on Tuesday that the exhibition, now in its 10th year, aims to help prospective buyers explore housing options as demand continues to rise in the city.

The exhibition will be held at Kalaignar Arangam near Central Bus Stand from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.

Around 45 stalls will be set up, including 29 by builders, 10 by interior and construction material firms, and six by banks. Properties on offer will range from ₹30 lakh to ₹5 crore. Banks will also provide guidance on home loans and financial planning.

The organisers said CREDAI is committed to transparent dealings, timely completion of housing projects, and quick redress of customer grievances. Visitors will also receive guidance on legal verification of property documents, methods for calculating built-up area, and best practices for household sanitation.
