Defence PSU Mishra Dhatu Nigam (MIDHANI) reported standalone net profit for the March quarter rose more than 38% to ₹77.75 crore compared to ₹56.14 crore a year earlier on the back of a nearly 35% increase in revenue from operations.At ₹552.75 crore, it was the highest ever quarterly turnover, during the fourth quarter. In the same period of previous fiscal, the company had registered ₹410.56 crore revenue from operations. Value of Production (VoP) during the quarter stood at ₹392.19 crore (₹329.16 crore).₹1.25 dividendThe Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each). In March, the Board had approved an interim dividend of ₹0.85 per equity share.For 2025-26, the company’s net profit was 18.82% higher at ₹130.79 crore (₹110.07 crore) and came on a highest ever turnover of ₹1,208.63 crore. Compared to the ₹ 1,074.10 crore in the previous fiscal, it was 12.52% higher. The company said the VoP for FY26 was the best thus at ₹1,193.92 crore (₹1,065.62 crore)Order book at ₹2,290 croreThe order book position of the company, which is the prime production agency for high value products that cater to niche end user segments in defence, space and energy sectors, stood at ₹ 2,290 crore as on 1st April 2026.
